Dividend

We continue to create value for our business and shareholders, and for the millions of people whose lives we help transform

Our progressive dividend policy aligns with our capital allocation framework. The policy aims to grow the dividend annually by a mid- to high-single digit percentage with a continued focus to further strengthen the balance sheet.
The Board has recommended a final dividend of 3.9 cents per share in the financial year 2024/25, resulting in a total dividend of 6.5 cents per share in 2024/25, growing 9.2%, in line with our dividend policy.
